The kitchen mandoline consists of a V-shaped knife, a slide-in plate without blades for slices (4 positions), a slide-in plate with 7 mm thick knives and a slide-in plate with 3.5 mm thick knives (Stripes or brunoise), including protective cover .
With the 7mm you can cut nice thin fries, called "pommes allumettes", as well as thicker brunoise!
