Our asparagus peeler has the property that it not only peels thinly, but especially round, i.e. the shape of the asparagus . The fine-toothed blades are very sharp and do their job excellently.
Advantages:
That means much less loss. A big advantage with fine (and especially expensive!) asparagus , you say...?
