It dates from 1990 and is still in production. Particularly popular with users from the very beginning, due to the high demand it is also available in our webshop.
Due to its simplicity and user-friendliness, it remains a trendsetter. Only available in white. The "primeval mandolin" par excellence. Consists of the V-blade, insertion plate for thick and thin slices, 7 mm plate, 3.5 mm plate and the protective cover.
It is possible to order the 10mm slide-in plate as an extra, for the real, thick "Belgian fries" .
